Description: The English Day was celebrated on 07/05/2016 at St. Joseph Inter College, Thakurganj with pomp and show to realize the importance of speaking English by using appropriate punctuation, gesture, and posture while implementing the language. The program started with a motivational speech of the Founder Chairperson Mrs. Pushplata Agarwal. The Managing Director Mrs. Seema Agrawal inspired the students to introduce English in their day to day life. Mr. Rajesh Agrawal, the Managing Director, spoke about the reason why the English Day is celebrated.
The program, hence, proceeded by the tiny tots telling us the relevance of punctuation, followed by beautiful dance performance. The mockery news, jokes, solo songs and group songs were also appreciated by the audience. The principal, in the end, admired the performances of the children and gave a vote of thanks.
