Description: The 71st Independence Day was celebrated at St. Joseph Inter College, Thakurganj with much pomp, show and enthusiasm. The students of Junior and Senior Sections moved ahead in a “Prabhat Pheri” early in the morning on the Hardoi Road highway.
Many cultural programs were also organized on this occasion. The programs included some patriotic songs and dances on the auspicious occasion. The Managing Director of the school Mrs. Seema Agrawal and Mr. Rajesh Agrawal delivered a speech, motivating the students to instill a feeling of patriotism in their heart. Sweet were distributed among the students, teachers and staff.
The program ended on a vote of thanks given by the Principal of the school Mrs.R.Tandon.
