I am truly honoured and grateful to have had the privilege of serving as Head Boy
this year. I want to express my deepest gratitude to St. Joseph School for entrusting
me with this responsibility and providing me the opportunity to wear the prestigious
badge.
Throughout this journey, I have learned invaluable lessons in leadership, responsibility,
and teamwork. The experiences have not only shaped my character but have also given me
a profound appreciation for the diverse talents within our school community.
I thank respected principal Mrs. Leena Sharma, teachers and school for the unforgettable
memories and the chance to contribute to our shared success.I would also like to extend
my heartfelt thanks to my dedicated cabinet members, whose unwavering support and
collaboration made this journey memorable. Together, we faced challenges, celebrated
achievements, and fostered a sense of unity among our fellow students.
As I reflect on the year, I am reminded of the strength and resilience that define our school spirit. In
addition, I am committed to leveraging the valuable experiences gained during my tenure as Head Boy to
contribute to the betterment of our nation. I aspire to carry forward the values instilled by the school
and work diligently to enhance its name and reputation, upholding the standards of excellence we hold
dear.
“If your actions inspire others to dream more, learn more, do more and become more, you are leader”
It is my honour to introduce myself as a head boy or St. Joseph Montessori School. I don't
have words to express my gratitude for the opportunity. I would like to thank MD Sir,
Principal ma’am, Co-ordinators and my respected teacher’s for giving me this wonderful
opportunity and having faith in me. I worked hard with all my devotion and
determination. I gave my full efforts for the excellence of our school. My
fellow cabinet members know that I am a man who believes in work not in words.
We feel very lucky that we had this responsibility on our shoulders and I think
that we have proved ourself in the Yester years with manifold accomplishments a
t several fronts.
And my dear friends and juniors beings a St. Josephian’s it is our duty to be the best
in each and every field whether it is sports, studies or any other activity.
According to me an individual should be focused and he must have faith if he/she
wants to succeed in life and everyone should follow their own passion and make
their passion There are 03 rules to become successful :-
• Never give up
• Never lose faith
• Accept the pain and failure
“Life is about accepting the challenges along the ways choosing to be moving forward and savouring the journey”
At the end I request all the St. Josephian’s to take pledge to work harder and bring glory to a school
Thank You
You are not a drop in the ocean. You are the entire ocean in a drop."
With all the blessings of my Principal Ma’am and Teachers who have shown faith on me, by choosing me as the head boy of the school in session 2020-2021, I have always given my best to maintain the dignity and decorum of the school all just because of the teachers who kept pushing me to work harder and getting better day by day, It's very fortunate of me to have opportunity to serve my school for 2 years and contributing in the progress, with all the best I can do! I am heartily thankful to St Joseph and all my teachers who helped me a lot in finding my true potential and if I made this far, it's just because of them!
I genuinely feel each and every student has its own unique capability; it's only that we have to push our limits and make the things happen in front of the crowd!
Stop acting so small. You are the entire universe in ecstatic motion so Dream big. Don’t limit yourself on what you can do, what you can become and the life you can live. It’s a dream, it doesn’t need to be “realistic”. Just giving yourself the opportunity to dream big will open you up to new possibilities that you refused to see before!
Special thanks go to all the members of student council and teachers for cooperating with us and showing us the light to the pathway.
Every member of our student council is dedicated towards their duties and I am thankful to them for that.
And at the end I urge all students to work hard in their respective areas so that we can soar higher and higher and make our St. Joseph Family Proud!

“Difficult roads often lead to beautiful destinations”
Although, I was surprised to be the Head Boy of our school in Class
XI itself, yet I have tried to do complete justice to the office.
Fortunately I have another chance to serve my school and contribute
its progress in whatever way I can. I feel proud to say that Josephians
have performed very well as far as academics, sports and co-curricular
activities are concerned but these are still opportunities for enhancement.
So we need to change ourselves in working all our weak areas and optimizing
our performance. According to me:
“To accomplish great things,
We must not only act, but also dream,
Not only plan, but also believe.”
Thus I believe that through utter determination and perseverance
me and my cabinet will prove to be stalwarts of our institution.
To those students who are not a part of cabinet, I would like to
say that “Push yourself because no one else is going to do it for
you and always remember that great things never come from comfort
zones.
“Success does not just find you, you have to go out and get it.”
#Dream it. Wish it. Do it.
And at the end I urge all students to work hard in their respective areas so that we can soar higher and higher.

“Being a part of St. Joseph for its long years I can assure you that
this is one of the best institutions that one can be a part of.
I feel myself very honoured and privileged to be the head boy of
this great institution.”
First of all, I am very grateful to the school staff for believing
in my potential and giving me the opportunity to serve my school as the head boy.
From the very first day in the school ,I have learnt many lessons not just limited to
academics but about life, And being a head boy ,I have solemnly promised to respect
my Principal as well as other teachers and will faithfully execute my all duties.
And I want my friends to learn 4D’s for success:-
- 1. Desire
- 2. Determination
- 3. Discipline
- 4. Direction
I will never forget the words of my Principal Ma’am :
”The more we grow, the more we have to bend.”
And at the end I urge all students to work hard in their respective areas so that we can soar higher and higher.

With all the blessings of my Principal Ma’am and Teachers who
have shown faith on me, by choosing me as the head boy of the
school, I feel proud to be a part of my school office bearing
council. I hope our school will touch the apex of excellence
under the leadership of our council, as it has been for the last
30 years, and every St. Josephian would grow infinitely not just
in the academics but in all the other aspects of life.
Being the head boy i promise i would perform all my duties
with honesty and truthfulness and put out the best of me. I
would try to learn whatever i can from badge holding
experience and ignite the same spirit in my colleagues and
juniors’. I would try to imbibe the noble virtues of my previous
senior badge holders. And lastly, I wish St. Joseph would grow
with eternal zeal and zest.
Long live St. Joseph!!!

“Life is not about finding yourself. Life is about creating yourself”.
St. Joseph is the only place, which directs, corrects & facilitates an individual
to create oneself. My school is not an exception, but it is exceptionally the best
human laboratory, I have ever worked in, till date.
My Teachers, My Mentors, My Friends every single person including the peons have taught me various lessons from books and life. They have laid my foundation; they have shaped my personality; they taught me, “Who we are and where we want to go determines what we do and we accomplish.”
I believe in these 3 Ps that is the motto of my school and these 3 Ps have made me achieve extra ordinary results-
1. Purpose
2. Priority
3. Productivity
Productivity is driven by purpose and priority. My teachers have taught me, “Achievers always works from a clear sense of priority”.
St. Joseph provided me the platform to exploit my hidden potential; it allowed me to get exposure outside the school & has always shown faith in my abilities. Getting an opportunity to uphold the badge of “HEAD BOY” of my branch for academic year 2016-17 is like shining SUN in the sky.
At last , but not the least I’d like to pay my heartfelt gratitude, thanks & respect to all my teachers , Director Sir, Mother ma’am, Principal ma’am for their Love, Support , Belief & teachings.
I have so much to write about my school, so much to acknowledge for what my school has given to me & so much to share about my School’s achievement but with these lines, I’ll put my pen down-
“Success doesn’t come to you. You go to it – so I come to St. Joseph.”

"It is always the hard work that gives you results; talent and interest is just stairs that take you towards the start of journey of your success."
School is not a building or place to visit for few hours of fun and enjoyment instead it's a factory where perfection is created with great zeal and zest.
St. Joseph Montessori School is surely playing a very active and positive role in it.
It's been a great pleasure for me to study here and be a part of it and for all the students who are proud to be called Josephians.
Discipline, Rule following, sincerity and kindness are the pillars on which my ideals are based upon. And as a head boy I do my best to show it and inspire others with it.
Once said "Great leaders set example in front of others and inspire them."
As for the students it is necessary of you to tell us your ideas and views to us so that we could do better in future. A king can't rule until he has a domain. And without the cooperation of domain there is no king.
We are not here to boss you around but be your friend and solve your problems. All of us are building blocks of this institution and it is our duty to create a fresh, friendly and disciplined atmosphere.
We are here to prove ourselves and show the world our talent and abilities, so don't be shy of it.
Every student here is special of their own kind. Come forward and show your limits to others.
Special thanks goes to all the members of student council and teachers for cooperating with us and showing us the light to the pathway.
Every member of our student council is dedicated towards their duties and I am thankful to them for that.
I hope that every student of the institution, their guardians and teachers here will cooperate us with their whole for a better and brighter tomorrow.

"Leadership and responsibility are key to my role. As a head boy of such an inspiring institution I hope to demonstrate independence and maturity and to spread this throughout the school to every student, as the right attitude will have a substantial impact on the learning and will have us all to prepare for life beyond school.
As for students, it is important for us to guide and encourage the volunteer of different roles and tasks; don’t be shy or afraid, there is nothing to fear we the students are here to prove ourselves and our role is extremely important to build a perfect disciplined environment which is congenial for learning outcomes.
At the ST JOSEPH INSTITUTION, I strive for the best and school has new values and rules in place, to help it become best educational set up.
I believe in taking positive actions instead of just day dreaming about the actions. I will wish a positive attitude and co-operation from the students and guardians as well, related to the best institution, i.e. ST JOSEPH SCHOOL.’’

Aptly quoted:
“Education which builds the character and enhances strength of mind is cherished Forever……”
ST. JOSEPH MONTESSORI SCHOOL has been a replica of the above fact for the last 27 years imparting quality education. Yes! I feel highly privileged marking that the institution is now among the top renowned schools of the city. It has produced some sheer talents over the last couple of decades and it would not be worthless expecting the birth of another hundreds idol in years to come. There is no such field where the school has not proved its dominance. Ab reacting with the changing education system, the institution has laid the foundation of entirely transformed teaching and learning. We, students feel blessed by getting an ever-inspiring personality, our respected Director MR. ANIL AGARWAL who has been the architect behind the scene along with the honorable FOUNDER CHAIRPERSON SMT. PUSHPALATA AGARWAL.
Leading the cabinet of such a highly advancing institution is in itself a challenge. But my theory of life has something other to say:
“DON’T LIMIT YOUR CHALLENGES; INSTEAD CHALLENGE YOUR LIMITS…….”
Complying with this fact the office bearers of the current sessions 2013-14 hold a solemn pledge to bestow the school some great achievement and glory which it is worthy of deserving………!!!!!

St Joseph Montessori School has certainly been a source of pride for me to study.
I am proud to be an important part of this institution which guarantees the students
their success and bright future. It is my privilege that I am the head boy of this
reputed school. and feel fortunate that I got the opportunity to serve this noble
institution and I am sure that my school will definitely vouchsafe me its great
thoughts and principles.
The school has also provided various opportunities for the enhancement of the student
personality in the extra co-curricular phase as well. Discipline and Regularity
are the vital aspects of the school. the unique feature of the college is that,
it has sanctified the aura with its morality and nobility. The school has touched
the heights of success in the past decade because of its academic excellence various
high class achievements which were obtained by the support of our founder manager
Ma’am Smt Pushplata Agarwal and our director Mr. Anil Agarwal.
To conclude I would like to thank the whole St. Joseph family for its remarkable
support with this note.
