Being the head girl of the school I have got wonderful experience that will help me
throughout the life. I am thankful to our principal ma'am who gave me this opportunity
to showcase my leadership qualities. Her continuous love and blessings have always
been the source of motivation for me. She has boosted my morale and given me opportunity
to participate in various competitions and programmes which have brushed my talent
further more.
After holding the post of head girl for one year, I have learnt how to deal with various matters
with patience and how to take work from our comrades by using sweet and soothing words. I have also
got the importance of sharing and caring. I have almost got control over my anger and things do not
perplex me now. This comes only when we hold some responsible post for sometime. It is very easy to
find faults and pass comments on others from a distance but really tough to directly involve in that
and occupy the driving seat. Only then we come to know about the pros and cons of something.
I always wish and pray to God for the betterment of my Alma Mater. I would try my best to uphold the name
of my school by working hard and achieving the goal of my life which includes to be a worthy and useful
citizen of the society and achieve the zenith of success and fame.

“The path to success is always achieved when we have dreams, dedication and determination”,
is what we describe our school as. Being the Head Girl isn’t about being better than anybody else,
its about winning the trust of the student body and to organize and represent them with honesty
and enthusiasm. This position gives me a sense of pride and responsibility and the opportunity
to serve the school fills my heart with greater happiness. The amount of affection I have for
this school is beyond words. Josephians are the epitome of young leadership. Our teachers have
always instilled in us the ability to think outside the box and this makes each Josephians an
unique individual.
St. Joseph has been much more than a temple of knowledge for me. It is like a family which has
helped me grow into what I am today. It provides ample opportunities to every student recognises
their skills and sensibilities, thus helping them grow in areas best suited to them.
To every Josephian, I would like to say you aren’t defined by your failures, you are empowered
by them. Grab all the opportunities that come your way and keep the school flag soaring high
up in the sky. The student council 2019-20 has promised to work efficiently, taking the proverb
“Actions speak louder than words” to heart. It isdue to the efforts of the Management, Principal
and Teachers that our school has been on a path of growth and success.

is what we josephians describe our school as.
My message to the present generation is that the future depends on what you do today, learn from yesterday and live for today.

“May our learning be holistic that conjoins our body, mind and heart.
May our dreams go beyond individual destinations and bind humanity.
May our growth be realistic that leads us to maximum happiness.
May our contributions be significant to the greater good of the society.”
We all are here to learn, to dream, to grow and to contribute .This is what makes our lives worthwhile!
Being selected as the HEAD GIRL of the school cabinet (2016-2017) of ST. JOSEPH MONTESSORI SCHOOL, I Himanshi Agarwal, sees this as great opportunity.
Having been at St. Joseph since reception, which feels both a life time and no-time at all, I have experienced first -hand all aspects of life here. In my 14 years as a proud Josephian, I have witnessed the school and pupils both grow and adapt in tandem, and could not imagine a better place to have spent my education. They say ‘variety is a space of life’ and St. Joseph endorses this philosophy in every possible way. Whether one is academically inclined, an athlete, a ‘drama queen’ or creativity inspired, the school has helped us in realizing our potential. St Joseph taught us to turn our CAN’TS into CANS and our DREAMS into PLANS!
Values are those which make a Josephian stand out from a crowd. In today’s competitive world, we must not accomplish our tasks simply at the cost of our values but by hard work and firm determination as this is what we learn from our Founder Director Mrs. Pushpalata Agarwal.
My address would be incomplete if on behalf of entire school council I do not thank the school management for believing in me and giving me this immense responsibility that I shoulder today. It will be my solemn effort to carry out duties with the best of our ability and do all I can to “HOLD THE TORCH HIGH!”

"Power isn't control at all- power is strength, and giving that strength to others. A leader isn't someone who forces others to make him stronger. A leader is someone who willing to give his strength to others that they may have the strength to stand on their own" and St. Joseph had gave me opportunity as giving me post of head girl or I can say a representative of school cabinet to make these lines true. I am feeling proud when our principal Mrs.Leena Sharma is putting batch on me. Hoping with my team I can maintain the decorum of institution and achieve the highest peak in every field.
"Always end your day with positive thoughts because tomorrow is the next opportunity to do the things in a better way."
Being part of St. Joseph Institution, I always get inspirations, motivations and positive thinking by my principal and teachers. "Where is a will, there is a way", this thought although is very common but have inspired all the people of this institution and had set up a live example by our own MOTHER MA’AM .From every teacher I had learned that how every situation get set up by a positive thinking. This thought had inspired me a lot and hope I can make others to inspire.
Ending my words by thanking our MOTHER MA’AM, DIRECTOR SIR , LEENA MA’AM and all teachers of ST.JOSEPH for supporting me.
As pupil of St.Joseph since so many years ,I have experienced great success & achievement developing into a mature & successful adult. The institute provides an all round development for the students & I feel myself blessed for being a student of ST JOSEPH. In the capacity of the head girl of the school, i can corroborate for the truth of this statement. Dear friends, I advise you to dream of achievement because the future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of dreams.
Remember your dreams are as hungry as your demons. make sure you are feeling the right ones. it is only and only you who can turn ''CAN'TS INTO CANS AND YOUR DREAMS INTO PLANS''.
At the same time, we must always uphold our values and principles even though it is becoming an increasingly difficult task in the present world of degenerating morals. so being the head girl of school, I , Anam Akhtar, on the behalf of the students' council give a huge thanks to the management of ST JOSEPH for supporting us in every step and in every way.

“Our aims soar high, we know no rest,
Till our good is better and our better is best”.
The school is a place where children are encouraged to profess,”I see it ,I get it, and I can do it”.
ST JOSEPH MONT./ INTER COLLEGE is a place, which is truly an institution of moral values, high quality education, culture and sophisticated ambience has managed to blend the strength of the past with the promises of future.
Being chosen as a head girl of such a renowned institution as ST.JOSEPH was a great moment of pride for me. While ma’am bestowed a laudable badge upon me, I firmly resolved to live up to the high hopes and expectations of every one present there, which undoubtedly would not have been possible without the everlasting support of entire ST JOSEPH FAMILY.
I spent many years of my life in this school and this school equipped me with all those qualities which are pre-requisite for realizing our farthest dreams. This IMPECCABLE INSTITUTION made us the part of a modern-technology as a digitalized student providing smart-class services, eCare services, etc to learn more effectively ,which has also been a memory to cherish forever.
Ending my words, I would conclude that we owe our success of the session to the enlightening guidance of our Founder-manager, Mrs. Pushpalata Agarwal and Founder-Director Mr.Anil Agarwal.

"Somewhere, sometimes the leader within each of us may get the call to step forward."
This is what exactly happened on the day of our Annual Investiture Ceremony. Being
chosen as the Head Girl of St. Joseph Inter College was great moment of pride for
me. When the badge was being pinned on me, my heart swelled with happiness and I
mutely resolved to live up the high hope and expectations of my respected Principals,
teachers and fellow friends.
With this thought in my mind that “Life offers Challenges and when we make them
our Opportunities, and then there are no bounds to our Achievements”, I promised
within that I will perform my duty with full determination and honesty.
Our institution believes in all round development and this is the reason why its
calendar is always chock-a-block with activities which serve to make us multifaceted
personalities. The budding artists, singers, sportsman, dancers etc are encouraged
to come up in the forefront to show cast their talents proving their metal in all
spheres.
I wish to take this opportunity to express my heartiest gratitude to my dedicated
and committed group of Office Bearers for their constant efforts in managing all
the school events smoothly. The success of these events would not have been possible
without their co-operation.
I sincerely thank our Respected Mother Ma’am and our Director Sir for their unflinching
support and blessings. I would also thank all our respected Principals and teachers
for their rentless support. Their constant guidance has always shown me the right
direction and has inspirited me to scale still greater heights with determination.
